Clear Blockages & Improve Lymphatic Flow with General Detox Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a light, skin-stretching technique that helps promote the movement of fluid through the lymphatic system. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the lymphatic system properly collect, filter, and dispose of waste materials.
We offer focus or full body treatments designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and flush excess fluids and waste material from the body.
For Best Treatment Results:
*Drink at-least 60-120oz of water the day before - day after your treatment to assist drainage.
*Eat a light meal, or fast the morning of your appointment.
Reduce Swelling - Avoid Fibrotic Tissue - Accelerate Recovery
Cosmetic surgery patients benefit greatly in their recovery when post-operative manual therapy is added to their rehabilitation plan.
After cosmetic surgery, the treated area may swell and/or build up adhesions and scars as part of the healing process; this is called fibrosis. Manual Lymphatic Drainage and other post-op manual therapy techniques help to drain excess fluid as well as prevent or breakdown fibrotic tissue.
