A Message from Our Founder/CEO
Thank you for taking time to learn about our brand-new non-profit organization, The Elements of Wellness. My name is Becki Curtis. I have been a Medical Massage Therapist since 2017 and have spent the last two years as a VA Community Care Provider; specializing in pain management, injury rehabilitation, and lymphatic drainage therapy.
During this time, I quickly came to realize the unfortunate gap between the integrative therapies that provided lasting results for my patients vs the limited treatment plans their insurance providers were willing to cover; especially when requesting multiple complimentary treatments at the same time.
I thought if I could find a way to provide full integrative treatment plans, my disabled veteran patients and cancer fighting patients would experience much greater and longer lasting results which would greatly improve their overall quality of life. It was in that moment, that the answer became very clear and The Elements of Wellness Organization was born.
My hope is that by building meaningful friendships and partnerships within our own community, throughout Virginia, and beyond, that we may be able to breathe new life, new meaning, and new hope into as many patients in need as possible.
